way to Healthy, Happy,   R E S O N A N T    Living.

In this FUN, and dynamic  8 week session, we'll embark on a

wholistic journey of   s o u n d, Song,  R H Y T H M,  imagery, and feeling.

We'll play games, and use simple multi-cultural songs and rhythms that form the

guiding principles of drumming  wisdom, and L I F E  as musical relationship.

We'll learn, play and  practice experiencing rhythm with our whole bodies, exploring a rhythmic vocabulary while  developing the universal fundamentals of hand drumming.

This class is less about getting it "right",

and more about  M U S I C A L   S P I R I T !
